Pamela’s approach to coaching is holistic, heartfelt and personalized. She will help you find and free your body, mind and voice in a physical and metaphorical sense.

About her teaching and coaching activities, Pamela says “My goal is to help my clients discover freedom and expansiveness in their breath, explore vocal range, articulator flexibility and creative possibilities with their voices, and to apply these tools in a truthful, grounded and connected manner.”

Her approach to the corporate client is very similar to working with actors: define the message and the goals and learn to communicate from an authentic place to achieve the desired end.  She works with her clients to expand their individual awareness of and ability to understand their “home-base” vocal posture and the adjustments necessary (pitch, placement, pacing, melody) to find the sound they are working to achieve.

Pamela has worked with clients from varied international backgrounds including: Japan, Korea, India, China, Sweden, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Turkey, France, Spain, and Mexico. She has worked with executives from AT&T, The Carlyle Group, Barclays Capital, Bear Sterns, CARE.com, HonestTea, Wood Creek Capital, 3M, Information Builders and David Yurman Jewelers to help them with vocal and presentational skills.

Pamela has taught at numerous institutions over her career, including Yale, NYU, Marymount Manhattan College, School for Film and Television, Academy for Music and Dramatic Art, and UCLA. She has coached dozens of professional and academic productions and frequently offers professional workshops.

Pamela has been exploring the transformational power of voice for more that 15 years as an actor, radio-announcer, yogini and a teacher of voice, speech, dialects and presentational skills. As an associate teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework and a certified Prana Yoga & Laughter Yoga Instructor, Pamela is consistently experimenting with applying cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary techniques to create voice, speech and presentation skills training.
